POSTING SUMMARY for Pastor of Student Ministries
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Westminster Chapel of Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Pastor of Student Ministries with a visible, discernable passion for Christ, and a heart for teens and young adults, to have direct responsibility for High School ministry and overall supervision of Middle School through College Age Student ministries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proactive, inspiring communicator with a Biblical vision for shepherding students through their spiritual journey with a desire to love and serve Christ.
Proven track record (no less than 5 years) in developing and leading student ministries.
Broad experience in diverse communities (socioeconomic, ethnic, and generational cultures).
EDUCATION:
Bachelors, Masters and/or Seminary degrees preferred
