Welcome!

Baptism

For children who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and want to be baptized, we invite them to begin the process of baptism.  The process is as follows:

  1. Obtain baptism material - Call Bethany (425-747-1461 ext. 122) and request a children’s baptism packet be sent to your home or pick up a packet at the desk in the Children’s Lobby next to the Children’s Theater.
  2. One-on-one meeting - After the child reads and understands the material, call Bethany again to set up a time when the child, a parent and Pastor Jim can get together and talk. During this meeting, Pastor Jim will discuss baptism with the child. He will ask questions so that the child understands what being a Christian is and what being baptized means. Information will be given concerning the upcoming baptism and what the child and parent need to know to prepare for it.
  3. Baptism - Baptisms are scheduled throughout the year and a child can choose the date they prefer.

If you should have any questions regarding baptism, please email Pastor Jim at jimc@westminster.org.
