The mission and vision of creative arts at Westminster is to provide a Christ-centered worship environment for the Westminster family while building bridges to the community through the creative arts with excellence, integrity, and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the power of the arts to touch the heart and soul of man. When it comes to building a church that honors God, the arts must be embraced and supported as a vital component to the life of the church. To harness the arts for the glory of God, we must set our focus on goals that are really important. People matter most to God, and they should matter most to those who are in leadership as well. It is our mission to assist each person to excel in their gifts, not for the sake of performance, but for the glory of God.
When music, drama and production are all working together, along with dynamic teaching, God will unleash His power in dramatic and life-changing ways.
A praise worship team participates in the 10:00 and 11:30 AM services every week and other special worship times. These participants are occasionally joined by other smaller ensembles of strings, brass or woodwinds for Sunday services.
