Growing in Christ—Side by Side
As women, it is important that we continue to grow spiritually, emotionally and relationally. Mentoring relationships provide an opportunity for the mentor and mentoree to grow closer to God through side-by-side sharing experiences, while being covered in prayer by a personal prayer warrior.

We invite you to get involved by attending our Orientation Coffee on September 19, 1:00-3:00 PM. Bring a completed Profile Card with you. Attendance at our Kick-Off on September 25, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM in the Fireside Room is necessary. Questions? Contact Kathy VanVoorhis, Coordinator at k_vanvoorhis@hotmail.com.

Vision
Real Women, Real Life, Real Faith…growing in Christ side by side.

Mission
To provide the women of Westminster Chapel the opportunity to intentionally:
Begin connecting with other women as we grow in Christ.
Find a place to Belong in a safe relationship.
Become the unique individual God intended us to be in various seasons of life.
Go Beyond by sharing Biblical knowledge and life experience.

When developing this ministry, we defined the needs of women to grow. Then we identified mentor qualifications and mentor needs within the context of the ministry. We prepared this Mentoring Flowchart to help the leadership team maintain focus and direction. Our goal is to meet the needs of our mentors and grow them so they can help mentorees to Begin, Belong, Become and go Beyond.
