Senior Experience 2011

If you are going to be a senior this fall, we would love for you to join us at Senior Experience. We will spend three days at Crescent Bar campground in eastern Washington (on the Columbia River) camping, wakeboarding, tubing, playing sand volleyball and being challenged to lead.

Where: Crescent Bar on the Columbia River
Near George, WA (the Gorge)
Cost: To be determined. This includes everything: camping, great food, transportation, boats (wakeboarding, water skiing, tubing, wake surfing), sun tanning, sand volleyball.
What to Bring:
- sack lunch for Sunday
- sleeping bag & pad/mat
- foldable lawn chair
- pillow
- casual clothes
- warm clothes for night
- bathing suit
- towel(s)
- toiletries
- quarters for showers
- sunscreen
- sunglasses
- flashlight
- small games (cards, dominoes)
- camera
- inflatable water toys (optional)
- money for snacks and/or putt-putt golf (optional)
What Not to Bring:
- flammables (lighters, fireworks)
- tobacco, alcohol, or drugs
- inappropriate music
Swimsuit Policy:
Girls: due to our desire for modesty and the sport activities we will be participating in, we have a modest tankini swimsuit or one piece bathing suit policy - no exceptions. The midriff must be covered or we will ask the student to wear a dark-colored t-shirt or tank top over their swimsuit.
Guys: sagging board shorts are not acceptable.
Financial Assistance:
Westminster believes that no camper should be turned away because of finances. Families needing additional financial assistance may obtain an application online or in the Youth Office. All information will be kept confidential. Aid will be based on financial need and the availability of funds. Any financial aid awarded will be applied to the remaining balance of camp fees ($50 deposit required).
