Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC)  is a self-care education program for family caregivers, designed to provide you with tools and strategies to better handle the unique caregiving challenges you face.  

This six-week program has been shown to improve: 

• Self care behaviors 
• Management of emotions 
• Confidence in coping with caregiving demands
• Use of community resources

When: Friday, March 3rd, 2023

Time: 11:30 am-1pm

We ask that participants attend all 6 sessions, March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st and April 7th. 

This is a free program and registration is required.
