Westminster Family,

Holy Week is here and today is Palm Sunday!

It’s my favorite week of the year. Let’s enter in together and remember the last days of Jesus’ life and His suffering for us.

I know this is going to be a non-traditional Easter week, but we have so many opportunities to gather together. On Tuesday night we have our all-church prayer gathering, we will have a Maundy Thursday service on Zoom and take communion together (put some thought beforehand into what you will use as communion elements), and on Good Friday we will send out a short message and guided reflection time.

Below is today’s order of service. We are praying for you!

Sunday, April 5, 2020

Read: Psalm 136

Pray: Make a list of things to pray for, that you’re grateful for, and spend time praying and praising God.

Read: Psalm 131, Matthew 21:1-11, John 11:17-43

Worship: Open Youtube Playlist

Message: Watch this week’s sermon (below)

Discussion and Reflection:

  1. What is your favorite Easter tradition? How will you make this year special?
  2. What stood out to you from the text in John 11 today? What are your takeaways?
  3. Parents, be sure to check out the Family Resources link below, as well as additional ways for middle schoolers and high schoolers to connect listed here.
