ARE YOU LISTENING, LORD?

Series: HOW THEN SHALL WE LIVE?

Sunday: “Are You Listening, Lord?”

Introduction: It is very easy to tell people that you will pray for them. It is much more difficult to actually pray with the confidence that your prayers matter. In Psalm 5, David prays with full assurance that God both hears and answers prayer

As God’s followers, we are His fingerprints in the world. We are called to leave His definite and distinct imprint on the lives of people we meet.
How then shall we live? We need to make it absolutely clear to a very skeptical world that God hears and answers our prayers.

David is completely confident in his relationship with God. David’s hope is grounded in the character of God. He is confident because he knows who God is.
