The Gift of Giving
(II Corinthians 9:6-15)
Giving is “the tail that wags the dog” in our faith experience. Our attitudes about giving impact every part of our relationship with God and others. If we are going to truly love the people with whom we live, work, and play we need to be good givers.
I am not going to tell you “what” you should give. We will take our giving instruction from the Scriptures. The Bible tells us “how” to give. Our obedience should take care of the “what.”
