In Preschool, we are continuing to learn about how Paul took Jesus’ message to people outside his own community.  Remember the last story, where we ALL are a part of God’s family?  Well, people needed to hear this Good News!  So, Paul had to travel to tell it. Read about it in the Bible in Acts 9:1-19 and talk about the Good News with your kids – that so many people (like Paul!) went on “Journey’s for Jesus” so that WE could hear the Gospel! Click on the Preschool Link below to learn more about how we can share the Good News too!

In Elementary, we are continuing our study of the New Testament church.  This week, we will look at the story of Stephen preaching to Jewish leaders about Jesus. The Jewish leaders did not like Stephen’s sermon, so they killed Stephen. As you share this story with your children, remind them of Jesus’ words in Matthew 10:22: “You will be hated by everyone because of My name. But the one who endures to the end will be delivered.” Following Jesus will include difficulty and suffering but we are not alone. God will help us! Follow the Elementary Link below for more information about our lesson and activities to do with your children.
