In Preschool, we are talking about God’s Great Story this week.  This is an overview of the Good News that is the Bible and the truths that we teach our kids.  You are a part of the story!  YOU!  Your family! Your friends and neighbors!  This is worthy of spreading far and wide, forever and ever. As we head into the summer months and a little more freedom and travel, you might be wondering how you can help spread this story.  Click on the Preschool Link below and learn with your kids, so you can share the Good News where you live!

In Elementary, we are continuing our study of the New Testament church.  This week, in our Bible story, Philip was instructed by an angel of the Lord to go to a certain road in the desert. Philip obeyed. The Spirit led Philip to a chariot, where an Ethiopian official was reading the Scriptures from the prophet Isaiah. The Ethiopian man did not understand what he was reading, so Philip explained it to him. Help your children to consider the role of the Holy Spirit in this interaction between Philip and the Ethiopian official. Who was responsible for Philip’s going to the desert? Who helped Philip explain the Scriptures? Who changed the heart of the official so he would believe? Follow the Elementary Link below for more information about our lesson and activities to do with your children.
