It’s November! I’m pretty sure that you knew that, but just in case you didn’t, it is in fact November 🙂
This means that many important dates are ahead of us. First, this weekend, Daylight Savings ends, so be sure to mark your calendar. We all get an extra hour of sleep (which is awesome), but also soon it will be dark before dinner (which is not super awesome). Second, we are several weeks away from the beginning of Advent, a time leading up to Christmas in which we look back to Jesus’ first coming and eagerly anticipate His second coming. It’s a great time to invite friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family. Not just to church, but also into your home and your life.
Whether in person or online, I’m excited to join you to worship this Sunday. Adam Hollingsworth, our NextGen Minister, will be preaching from Hebrews 12:1-17.
Praying for you,
To Dan and Brenda McCue for providing breakfast for our whole staff in honor of Pastor Appreciation Month.
