Dear Westminster Family,

I wanted to update you on our recent staffing announcement. As a part of setting the budget for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, we finalized a plan to reorganize our staff around our mission, vision and strategic objectives. To care for the impacted employees and provide them with the opportunity to process this difficult news at their own pace, we did not immediately share the names of those impacted. We have received their blessing to share their names and give you the opportunity to care and pray for them by name.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the following individuals for their many years of faithful service to our church:

  • David Sanders (Sr. Director of Care and Counseling)
  • Delores Reeves (Bookkeeper)
  • Kailee Powers (Social Media Coordinator)
  • Leland Hetrick (Custodian)
  • Mark Pedrin (Connections and Communications Pastor)
  • Sherry Auwarter (Outreach/Alpha Coordinator)

Each person has made many important contributions and their presence on staff will be missed. We are so grateful for their dedicated service to the Lord and to Westminster, and we know God has good things in store for each of them. Please continue to lift them up in your prayers as they navigate this season.

Whether online or in-person, I look forward to continuing our Lenten series, Empty and Filled, this weekend.
Praying for you,
