Westminster family,
I’m looking forward to worshipping with you this upcoming Sunday! Remember, we have our Sunday Lunch coming up after the second service, make sure to register below and join us for food and fellowship as a whole church family.
This Sunday, we’ll continue in our study of the book of 1 Peter, “Flourishing in Exile.” In his writing, Peter is encouraging a group of confused and discouraged believers. These believers were struggling with the fact that their faithfulness to Jesus was not amounting to the flourishing they expected for their lives.
Perhaps you can relate. Are you confused, discouraged, or frustrated with the life of faith at times? We’ll see from our passage Sunday that we’re not alone in this experience, and that God is using even the experiences of “exile” to build us up in Christ.
Can’t wait to worship with you Sunday.
