What a great Sunday we just had! Thanks to all of you that participated in our Sunday Lunch. It was so fun to be together, make new connections, eat great food and celebrate who we are as a church family. We will have more opportunities to fellowship in these ways at the park this summer and again in September when we kickoff the fall- keep a lookout for these times to build community together!
I also wanted to make sure you all know about the baptism class we will be hosting this week (May 7th) at 10:30AM in the staff conference room. Baptism is an important step of faith in the lives of every Christ follower. The Baptism Class is an opportunity to learn and ask questions about the Bible’s teaching on baptism. We will be celebrating baptisms in our worship services on May 21st- if you’re interested in being baptized, please send me a message for more info!
This Sunday we will also continue our series, “Flourishing in Exile.” Adam Hollingsworth will be speaking on 1 Peter 2:13-25. Whether in person or online we hope you will be able to join us!
